KNOTS... ABOUT 12 MILES NORTH OF THE GINNA POWER PLANT...MOVING
EAST AT 25 KNOTS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 35 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
