LAKE ONTARIO NEAR THE SAINT LAWRENCE RIVER...
 THE SAINT LAWRENCE RIVER FROM CAPE VINCENT TO OGDENSBURG...

AT 103 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 35 NM WEST OF
CLAYTON TO 20 NM SOUTHWEST OF TIBBETS POINT...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50
KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
