* TIMING...ADVISORY LEVEL WINDS ARE EXPECTED FROM MIDNIGHT
  TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY MONDAY MORNING. WINDS MAY THEN
  STRENGTHEN FURTHER FROM LATE MONDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY
  EVENING.

* WINDS...SOUTH 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH TONIGHT
  THROUGH EARLY MONDAY MORNING. GUSTS TO 60 MPH POSSIBLE LATE
  MONDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY EVENING.

* IMPACTS...WINDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE COULD BRING DOWN SOME TREES
  AND POWER LINES RESULTING IN SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES. THESE
