NORTHERN ERIE COUNTIES...

AT 547 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER WILLIAMSVILLE...MOVING
NORTH AT 20 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM ALONG WITH A
FIVE MINUTE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR. THIS WILL RESULT IN SERIOUS PONDING
ON ROADWAYS WITH LOCALIZED FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.

BUFFALO...CHEEKTOWAGA...WEST SENECA...CLARENCE...KENMORE...DEPEW...
AMHERST...TONAWANDA...LANCASTER AND WILLIAMSVILLE.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 90 BETWEEN EXITS 54 AND 49.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM...AND MAY CAUSE
LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
