WESTERN NEW YORK...

* AT 427 AM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A WIDE BAND OF MODERATE TO BRIEFLY HEAVY SNOW ACROSS MUCH OF THE
  NIAGARA FRONTIER AND WESTERN SOUTHERN TIER. THIS BAND OF SNOW WILL
  CONTINUE TO DRIFT SLOWLY SOUTHWEST ACROSS THE AREA DURING THE
  EARLY MORNING HOURS. EXPECT SNOWFALL RATES OF AROUND AN INCH PER
  HOUR IN THE STRONGEST PORTION OF THIS BAND.

THIS INCLUDES THE NEW YORK THRUWAY BETWEEN EXITS 49 AND 59.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 86 BETWEEN EXITS 11 AND 31.

THIS INCLUDES ROUTE 219 AND ROUTE 400 AND INTERSTATES 190 AND 290.

DRIVING WITHIN THIS SNOW BAND WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT WITH SNOW
COVERED ROADS AND VERY POOR VISIBILITY. IF TRAVELING ACROSS THE AREA
ALLOW FOR PLENTY OF EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION.
