AT 451 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER VICTOR
AND MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM...AND MAY
CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADWAYS.

EAST ROCHESTER...FAIRPORT...BRIGHTON...PENFIELD...PALMYRA...VICTOR...
FARMINGTON...MENDON...MANCHESTER AND MACEDON.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 90 BETWEEN EXITS 45 AND 43.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. LIGHTNING CAN
