* TIMING...THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT THROUGH
  EARLY THIS EVENING. THE WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT
  THROUGH LATE TUESDAY MORNING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...AN INCH OR TWO THIS AFTERNOON AND AN INCH OR
  LESS TONIGHT.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH DIMINISHING TO UNDER 10 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES....UNDER A HALF MILE AT TIME INTO THIS EVENING

* WIND CHILL VALUES...AS LOW AS 20 BELOW.

* IMPACTS...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS COULD LEAD TO FROSTBITE
