* LOCATIONS...THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF SOUTHERN ERIE...WYOMING...
  CHAUTAUQUA...AND CATTARAUGUS COUNTIES.

* TIMING...FROM EARLY THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.

* HAZARDS...SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...AROUND AN INCH THURSDAY...2 TO 4 INCHES THURSDAY
  NIGHT...AND AROUND AN INCH FRIDAY MORNING...LEADING TO STORM
  TOTALS OF 4 TO 6 INCHES ACROSS HIGHER TERRAIN.

* WINDS...SOUTH 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH THURSDAY
  BECOMING NORTHWEST LATE THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY.

* VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN A HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL RESULT IN SNOW COVERED AND
  SLIPPERY ROADS AT TIMES ALONG WITH REDUCED VISIBILITY.
