* IMPACTS...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS COULD LEAD TO FROSTBITE
  AND HYPOTHERMIA IF YOU ARE NOT DRESSED PROPERLY. ALSO PLAN
  AHEAD WITH AN EMERGENCY TRAVEL KIT IN YOUR VEHICLE CONTAINING
