* TIMING...UNTIL 1 AM TONIGHT.

* ACCUMULATIONS...8 TO 12 INCHES IN THE MOST PERSISTENT LAKE
  SNOWS TONIGHT.

* VISIBILITIES ...A FEW HUNDRED FEET AT TIMES.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS 15 TO 20 TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...MODERATE TO HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL RESULT IN VERY
