PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Never drive your car through flooded roadways. The water may be
deeper than it appears. Turn around...don`t drown!

The flood warning continues for
  The Portage River At Woodville.
* At 11:30 PM Sunday the stage was 13.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Major Flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...the river will rise to near 13.7 feet by early this
  morning.  Additional rises are possible thereafter.
* At 14.0 feet...Homes in Pemberville upstream of Woodville inundated
  with a few feet of water.
* At 13.0 feet...Flood waters inundate basements of property adjecent
  to the river near Pemberville. In Woodville Trail Marker Park and
  adjacent low lying roads inundated.
* At 12.0 feet...Lower portions of South Cherry Street near Trail
  Marker Park inundated. Water approaches property south of
  Pemberville Road.
* At 11.0 feet...The river floods Trail Marker Park up to Erie
  Street.
* At 9.0 feet...The river inundates lower portions of Trail Marker
  Park.

  The Grand River At Painesville.
* At 12:00 AM Monday the stage was 10.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor Flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...the river will fall to below flood stage by late
  tonight.
* At 8.5 feet...Low land flooding adjacent to the river in the
  metropark likely. Vrooman Road inundated.
* At 8.0 feet...Water levels will overrun the banks along the
  metropark south of Painesville.

The flood warning is cancelled for
  The Blanchard River Near Findlay.
* At 12:00 AM Monday the stage was 10.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at 11:22 PM Sunday.
* Forecast...the river will fall to 6.7 feet by Tuesday morning.
* At 11.0 feet...Flooding impacts areas near Riverside Park and East
  Main Cross Street in the City of Findlay.
* At 10.0 feet...Water reaches East Main Cross Street near Lye Creek.
* At 9.0 feet...Flooding occurs on low lying roads along the river
  west of Findlay, including County Road 140.
* At 8.0 feet...Water covers low lying portions of South River Road
  and Howard Street on the west side of Findlay.

The flood warning continues for
  The Maumee River Near Grand Rapids.
* At  3:45 PM Sunday the stage was 18.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.5 feet.
* Minor Flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...the river is expected to crest near 18.4 feet early
  this morning then start to fall by late morning.
* At 18.5 feet...100 year flood level. Mary Jane Thursten State Park
  Campground inundated. Homes in Wood County cut off from emergency
  access. Portions of old route 24 inundated. The metropark
  facilities inundated.
* At 18.0 feet...Water starts to cover Front Street just west of the
  Grand Rapids business district over portions of Beaver, West, and
  Mill Streets. Campgrounds along the river are under water.
* At 17.5 feet...Flood waters inundate Grand Rapids Road cutting off
  access to a few homes. Mill Street access on the east end of Front
  Street Flooded. Route 24 threatened by rising flood waters. Water
  can back up through storm drains causing flooding on the south side
  of Grand Rapids.
* At 16.5 feet...Low lying land near Grand Rapids floods.
* At 15.0 feet...The metropark in Grand Rapids floods and the park
  service road inundated.

The flood warning continues for
  The Maumee River At Waterville.
* At 12:00 AM Monday the stage was 14.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor Flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...the river will rise to near 14.4 feet by this morning.
  Additional rises are possible thereafter.
* At 15.0 feet...100 year flood level. Residences on Water Street and
  North River Road are threatened. The river reaches the Water
  Street. Three houses on the river side of Water Street are cut off
  from emergency access. On River Road just south of the Waterville
  Elementary School a dozen homes are surrounded by water with
  basement inundation. Flood waters extend out to Jerome Road. Ten
  Mile Creek likely to flood due to backwater which can cut off
  Harroun Road. Portions of state routes 105 and 65 inundated.
* At 14.0 feet...Residences along the river may experience basement
  flooding.
* At 13.0 feet...Floodwaters can back up through storm drains onto
  Water Street in Waterville making roads inaccessible.
* At 12.0 feet...Flooding begins in Side Cut Metropark. The risver is
  out of banks in Waterville.
* At 11.0 feet...A few riverside cabins in Waterville become
  threatened. Lowland flooding occurs along with some water
  inundation on River Road.

* At 12:00 AM Monday the stage was 10.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at  9:52 PM Sunday.
* Forecast...the river will fall to 9.5 feet by Tuesday morning.
* At 11.0 feet...Flooding occurs in agricultural areas near the
  river.

  The Mahoning River At Leavittsburg.
* At 12:15 AM Monday the stage was 11.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor Flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...the river will continue to fall and drop below flood
  stage this evening.
* At 11.0 feet...Flood waters may begin to affect operations in
  industrial low lying areas in town.
* At 10.0 feet...Lowland flooding will occur near the town of
  Leavittsburg.

  The Mahoning River At Warren.
* At 12:24 AM Monday the stage was 9.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at 11:40 PM Sunday.
* Forecast...the river will fall to 6.2 feet by Tuesday morning.
* At 10.0 feet...River is out of banks, southern portions of South
  Park Road threatened. Flooding can be expected at Walnut and
  Beaver, along South Park Avenue and along Hayden Street.

The flood warning continues for
  The Eagle Creek At Phalanx Station.
* At 11:45 PM Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...the river will fall to below flood stage by late
  morning.
* At 14.0 feet...Several homes will become threatened with
  evacuations possible in the Town of Braceville. Eagle Creek,
  McConnell East, and Braceville Robinson Roads will be impassable.
* At 13.0 feet...Flooding begins on Braceville Robinson Road.
  Portions of Barcley Messerly Road south of Eagle Creek Road will be
  impassable. Some homes will be threatened.
* At 11.0 feet...Barclay Messerly Road and McConnell East Roads will
  be flooded and impassable.
* At 9.5 feet...Barclay Messerly Road south of the Warren Airport in
  Braceville floods. Other portions of Eagle Creek Road will be
  threatened.
