...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in Ohio...

  Black River At Elyria
  Eagle Creek At Phalanx Station
  Portage River At Woodville
  Killbuck Creek Near Killbuck

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Never drive your car through flooded roadways. The water may be
deeper than it appears. Turn around...don`t drown!

The flood warning continues for
  the Portage River At Woodville
* until Thursday evening...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  7:30 PM Tuesday the stage was 10.4 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Forecast...the river will fall to below flood stage by Thursday
  afternoon.
* At 11.0 feet...Water over State Route 105 in Sandusky County. Water
  near homes on Water, Bierley, and Bridge Streets in Pemberville.
  The river floods Trail Marker Park up to Erie Street in Woodville.

The flood warning continues for
  the Black River At Elyria
* until Wednesday morning...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  7:15 PM Tuesday the stage was 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
* Forecast...the river will fall to below flood stage by early
  Wednesday morning.
* At 11.0 feet...Flooding begins in low lying areas near the river in
  Elyria. Flooding along the East Branch of the Black River on Foster
  Road in Penfield Township.

The flood warning continues for
  the Killbuck Creek Near Killbuck
* until Saturday morning...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  7:00 PM Tuesday the stage was 15.9 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Forecast...the river will fall to below flood stage by early
  Saturday morning.
* At 16.0 feet...Low lying areas west of Water Street in the Village
  of Killbuck are flooded. Flooded roads include County Road 621,
  State Route 60 north, as well as local low lying roads. Holmes
  county fairgrounds inundated.

The flood warning continues for
  the Eagle Creek At Phalanx Station
* until Thursday evening...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  7:00 PM Tuesday the stage was 10.4 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 11.2 feet by Wednesday
  night. The river will fall below flood stage Thursday afternoon.
* At 11.0 feet...Barclay Messerly Road, McConnell East, and Knowlton
  Roads will be flooded and impassable.
