 FLOOD WATCH.

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS COULD HAVE STRONG GUSTY WINDS APPROACHING
SEVERE LIMITS IN ADDITION TO THE HEAVY DOWNPOURS. THE HEAVY
RAINFALL COULD LEAD TO PONDING OF WATER ON AREA ROADWAYS OR MINOR
FLOODING. ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE THROUGH
TONIGHT. STORM MOTION WILL BE TO THE NORTHEAST AT AROUND 20 MPH.
