AT 1120 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS
DEVELOPING OVER THE NEARSHORE WATERS OF NORTHEAST OHIO AND NORTHWEST
PENNSYLVANIA. THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33
KNOTS. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED NEAR CONNEAUT...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 35 KNOTS.
