CENTRAL TRUMBULL COUNTIES...DRIFTING SLOWLY NORTH AT 10 MPH. THESE
STORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN OVER THE NEXT HOUR...PROMPTING THE
PONDING OF WATER IN LOW-LYING ROADWAYS AND DITCHES. SOME LIGHTNING
HAS ALSO BEEN OBSERVED WITH THESE STORMS.
