...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN STARK...SOUTHEASTERN WAYNE AND HOLMES COUNTIES...

At 549 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Massillon to near Wilmot to near Farmerstown, moving
east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect considerable
         tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
         roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Millersburg, Massillon, Berlin, Walnut Creek, Brewster, Dalton,
Killbuck, Holmesville, Wilmot, Glenmont, Mount Eaton, Winesburg,
Farmerstown, Beach City, Baltic, Fredericksburg, Mount Hope, and
Charm.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM EDT for northeastern
Ohio. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until midnight EDT for
northeastern Ohio.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
