  CHANGE TO LIGHT FREEZING RAIN IN THE PRE DAWN HOURS. THE
  FREEZING RAIN MAY OCCUR THROUGH THE MORNING COMMUTE AND CHANGE
  TO PLAIN RAIN BY MID MORNING.

* IMPACTS...ICE AND SNOW ACCUMULATIONS MAY CREATE SLIPPERY ROAD
  CONDITIONS. LOCALIZED POWER OUTAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
