SNOW WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT AND TRANSITION TO LAKE EFFECT SNOW BY
WEDNESDAY EVENING ACROSS THE SNOWBELT OF NORTHEAST OHIO AND
NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA AS ARCTIC AIR SPREADS ACROSS LAKE ERIE.
THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL TAPER OFF LATE THURSDAY.

* TIMING...SNOW LATE TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY WILL TRANSITION TO
  LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS AND SQUALLS BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
  CONTINUE INTO THURSDAY.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITY DURING
  HEAVIER SNOW SHOWERS AND SQUALLS.

* WINDS...WEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.
