URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...A WINTER STORM WILL BRING HEAVY SNOW AND A WINTRY MIX THIS
AFTERNOON INTO EARLY MONDAY...

.LOW PRESSURE WILL TRACK ACROSS CENTRAL OHIO FROM NEAR DAYTON TO
YOUNGSTOWN THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT.

WARMER AIR WILL GET PULLED NORTH AHEAD OF THE APPROACHING LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM AND WILL CAUSE THE SNOW TO MIX WITH RAIN... SLEET
AND SOME LOCALIZED FREEZING RAIN. THE NORTHERN EXTENT OF THE
MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL BE HARD TO PIN DOWN BUT SHOULD REACH AT
LEAST AS FAR NORTH AS A LINE FROM MARION TO AKRON TO YOUNGSTOWN.
PRECIPITATION WILL TRANSITION BACK TO LIGHTER SNOW TONIGHT AND
TAPER OFF FROM WEST TO EAST ON MONDAY MORNING.

FARTHER NORTH...NEAR LAKE ERIE...AND ESPECIALLY NEAR TOLEDO... THE
PRECIPITATION WILL LIKELY REMAIN ALL SNOW AND THE SNOW WILL BE
HEAVY. WHITE OUT CONDITIONS WILL LIKELY DEVELOP NEAR TOLEDO AND
PARTS OF NORTHWEST OHIO AS THE NORTHEAST WIND INCREASES.
