NORTHERN LIVINGSTON COUNTY UNTIL 830 PM EDT...

AT 714 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL PERSISTING ACROSS PARTS OF
THE AREA. THIS WILL LEAD TO ADDITIONAL RUNOFF...WHICH IS ALREADY
RUNNING HIGH FROM DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL TOTALS OF OVER 2
INCHES FROM EARLIER STORMS.

RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
FOWLERVILLE...HARTLAND...COHOCTAH AND OAK GROVE.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS
AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES... AS WELL AS
FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
