  BAY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN...
  MIDLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN...

* UNTIL 830 PM EDT

* AT 425 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL APPROACHING THE ADVISORY AREA.
  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES OF ONE HALF TO ONE INCH IN
  THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
  OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND NEAR LOW WATER
  CROSSINGS. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING
  INCLUDE...AUBURN...BAY CITY...COLEMAN...MIDLAND...PINCONNING...
  SANFORD...BENTLEY...EDENVILLE...ESSEXVILLE...KAWKAWLIN...LINWOOD...
  MUNGER...OIL CITY AND PLEASANT VALLEY.

AN EARLIER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM HAS ALREADY PRODUCE A BAND OF RAINFALL
1 TO 2 INCHES FROM NEAR MIDLAND EAST TO BAY CITY STATE RECREATION
AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
