* AT 225 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY
  AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AVERAGING AROUND 1 INCH SINCE
  NOON. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL TOTALS UP 1 INCH ARE EXPECTED WITH ONGOING
  SHOWERS AND STORMS AS WELL AS ADDITIONAL ACTIVITY POSSIBLE ALONG A
  COLD FRONT THAT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE REGION BY EARLY EVENING.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
  OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS...NEAR LOW WATER
  CROSSINGS...IN UNDERPASSES...AND OTHER AREAS PRONE TO MINOR FLOODING.
