The National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Huron County in southeastern Michigan...

* Until 815 AM EDT Friday

* At 209 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain which will cause flooding. Between 2 and 3 inches of
  rain have already fallen across the southern half of Huron County.
  An additional 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is expected as
  thunderstorms continue tonight.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Bad Axe, Sebewaing, Harbor Beach, Ubly, Port Hope, Pigeon, Elkton,
  Kinde, Owendale, Verona, Helena, Redman, Parisville, White Rock,
  Ivanhoe, Rapson, Bay Port, Pinnebog, Ruth and Filion.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
