MICHIGAN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

A PAIR OF LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS WILL TRACK THROUGH THE GREAT LAKES
ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. WHILE MODEL SOLUTIONS HAVE TRENDED MUCH
WEAKER WITH THIS OVERALL SYSTEM...SOME EFFECTS ON HOLIDAY TRAVEL
CAN STILL BE EXPECTED.

INITIAL PRECIPITATION FROM MONDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY WILL FALL
AS RAIN WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN NOT OUT OF THE QUESTION AS A
STEADY FLOW OF MOIST AIR SETS UP OVER THE REGION IN ADVANCE OF
THIS DEVELOPING STORM SYSTEM.

RAIN WILL THEN MIX WITH AND CHANGE TO SNOW WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO
CHRISTMAS MORNING AS THE SECONDARY LOW PRESSURE TRACKS THROUGH
AND THEN NORTHEAST OF THE AREA. WINDS MAY ALSO BECOME GUSTY WITH
THE PASSAGE OF THESE LOW PRESSURE CENTERS.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF LAKE ERIE...LAKE
HURON AND LAKE ST CLAIR.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY AS THE
PRESSURE GRADIENT TIGHTENS IN RESPONSE TO LOW PRESSURE TRACKING
INTO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES. HEADLINES ARE NOT ANTICIPATED AT
THIS TIME.

A SECONDARY LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL THEN TRACK INTO THE CENTRAL
AND EASTERN GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY. WINDS WILL ALSO INCREASE WITH
THIS SYSTEM. A SMALL CHANCE FOR GALES STILL EXISTS OVER PORTIONS
OF LAKE HURON WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY AS COLDER WEST TO
NORTHWEST FLOW PUSHES INTO THE AREA IN THE WAKE OF THIS SECOND
CENTER OF LOW PRESSURE. THIS WILL DEPEND HEAVILY ON THE EVENTUAL
TRACK AND STRENGTH OF THIS SECOND LOW PRESSURE.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED TODAY AND TONIGHT.
