MICHIGAN.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP LATE THIS
AFTERNOON...ENDING DURING THE EARLY EVENING AS COLD FRONT PASSES
THROUGH. THESE STORMS LOOK TO BE STRONG TO POSSIBLY SEVERE...WITH
DAMAGING WINDS TO 60 MPH BEING THE PRIMARY HAZARD. STORMS WILL
MOVE TOWARDS THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT 35 TO 40 MPH.
