THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
MICHIGAN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS TODAY. THERE IS A SMALL
RISK STORMS DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING MAY BECOME SEVERE
ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE I-69 CORRIDOR. MOST STORMS WILL NOT BE
SEVERE AND ONLY PRODUCE WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH...BUT A FEW STORMS
MAY BE CAPABLE OF DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH AND HAIL TO ONE
INCH IN DIAMETER. ALL STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY
HEAVY RAINFALL IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME...WHICH COULD CAUSE
LOCALIZED FLOODING. STORM MOVEMENT WILL BE FROM WEST TO EAST AT
AROUND 40 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS LATE SATURDAY THROUGH SUNDAY AS
THE NEXT LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACKS ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES.

THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS TODAY OVER FAR SOUTHERN
LAKE HURON...LAKE ST CLAIR...AND WESTERN LAKE ERIE. STORMS MAY
PRODUCE WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 35 KNOTS...WITH A SMALL RISK FOR
STORMS TO PRODUCE WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 50 KNOTS DURING THE
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. MOVEMENT WILL BE FROM WEST TO EAST AROUND
35 KNOTS.
