INCREASES OUT AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT. THESE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED
TO BE SEVERE BUT HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL ARE
POSSIBLE. MOTION WILL BE WEST TO EAST AT 25 MPH.

DOWNPOURS WHILE MOVING WEST TO EAST AT 20 KNOTS.
