  INNER AND OUTER SAGINAW BAY...

AT 1233 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO UP 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED OVER LINWOOD...OR 8 NM NORTHWEST OF THE MOUTH OF THE SAGINAW
RIVER...MOVING EAST AT 35 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  BAY CITY LIBERTY HARBOR AROUND 1245 AM EDT.
  BAY PORT AROUND 125 AM EDT.
  CASEVILLE AROUND 135 AM EDT.
  PORT AUSTIN AROUND 155 AM EDT.

OTHER LOCATIONS IMPACTED BY THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM INCLUDE BAY PORT.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
