AT 214 PM EDT...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM NEAR TAWAS BAY TO 9 NM WEST OF GRAVELLY SHOALS TO 9
NM WEST OF LINWOOD...MOVING EAST AT 30 KNOTS.

HAZARD...WIND GUSTS TO 40 KNOTS.

SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED.

IMPACT...SMALL CRAFT COULD BE DAMAGED IN BRIEFLY HIGHER WINDS AND
         SUDDENLY HIGHER WAVES.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...

  GRAVELLY SHOALS AND LINWOOD AROUND 230 PM EDT.
  BAY CITY LIBERTY HARBOR AND THE MOUTH OF THE SAGINAW RIVER
