  NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS FROM PORT AUSTIN TO PORT HURON MI...
  ST. CLAIR RIVER...
  LAKE ST. CLAIR...

AT 119 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 7 NM SOUTH OF
HARBOR BEACH TO NEAR MT CLEMENS HARBOR OF REFUGE...MOVING NORTHEAST
AT 15 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  WHITE ROCK AROUND 125 PM EDT.
  NEW BALTIMORE AROUND 150 PM EDT.
  ST. CLAIR AROUND 235 PM EDT.

OTHER LOCATIONS IMPACTED BY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS INCLUDE WHITE ROCK
AND RICHMONDVILLE.
