AT 735 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 16 NM
SOUTHEAST OF SEBEWAING TO 24 NM SOUTHEAST OF QUANICASSEE...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 40 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  HARBOR BEACH AROUND 820 PM EDT.
  PORT HOPE AND WHITE ROCK AROUND 825 PM EDT.
  RICHMONDVILLE AROUND 835 PM EDT.
