NM NORTHWEST OF LUNA PIER TO 40 NM WEST OF BOLLES HARBOR OF
REFUGE...MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.

HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND LOW VISIBILITY WILL BE THE PRIMARY HAZARD...BUT
WIND GUSTS AROUND 30 KNOTS AND PEA SIZE HAIL ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WITH
THESE STORMS.
