THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 8 NM WEST OF
PORT HURON TO NEAR ST. CLAIR TO NEAR ST CLAIR FLATS OLD CHANNEL
LIGHT...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  ST. CLAIR AROUND 520 PM EDT.
  PORT HURON AROUND 530 PM EDT.
