  NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS FROM PORT SANILAC TO PORT HURON MI...

AT 156 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY SHOWERS...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS TO UP 30 KNOTS. THESE SHOWERS WERE LOCATED ALONG A
LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR PORT SANILAC TO NEAR PORT HURON...MOVING
EAST AT 35 KNOTS.

SHOWERS WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
