AT 212 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS... CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS TO UP 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 22 NM NORTHWEST OF PINCONNING TO 25 NM
WEST OF LINWOOD TO 53 NM EAST OF THE MONA LAKE CHANNEL...MOVING EAST
AT 40 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  BAY CITY LIBERTY HARBOR AND THE MOUTH OF THE SAGINAW RIVER AROUND
  255 PM EDT.
  GRAVELLY SHOALS AROUND 305 PM EDT.
  CASEVILLE AND SEBEWAING AROUND 320 PM EDT.

OTHER LOCATIONS IMPACTED BY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS INCLUDE BAY PORT.
