142 PM EDT WED JUL 16 2014

SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL DROP SOUTHWARD ACROSS SAGINAW BAY THROUGH
THE AFTERNOON. THE RELATIVELY CHILLY TEMPERATURES FOR MID-JULY
WILL PROVIDE A FAVORABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR WATERSPOUTS TO DEVELOP
WITHIN THESE SHOWERS AS THEY MOVE ACROSS THE WARMER WATERS OF THE BAY.
SMALL HAIL MAY ALSO ACCOMPANY THESE STORMS. BOATERS SHOULD BE ON
THE LOOKOUT FOR QUICKLY DEVELOPING WATERSPOUTS...AND TAKE
APPROPRIATE ACTIONS.
