CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO UP 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 12 NM NORTHWEST OF LUNA PIER...OR 13 NM NORTHWEST OF BOLLES
HARBOR OF REFUGE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
GROSSE ILE...ELIZABETH PARK MARINA...GIBRALTAR...LAKE ERIE METROPARK
HARBOR...WYANDOTTE...DETROIT RIVER LIGHT...ESTRAL BEACH...WOODLAND
BEACH...DETROIT BEACH...STONY POINT...THE AMBASSADOR BRIDGE AND
MONROE HARBOR.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 25 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
