  INNER AND OUTER SAGINAW BAY...

AT 615 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR WHITE
STONE POINT TO NEAR PINCONNING...MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS
SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
