AT 145 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO UP 30 KNOTS AND SMALL HAIL. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR ST. CLAIR
TO NEAR ALGONAC...MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
ST. CLAIR...ALGONAC...ST CLAIR FLATS OLD CHANNEL LIGHT...MT CLEMENS
HARBOR OF REFUGE...PORT HURON...NEW BALTIMORE AND METRO BEACH
METROPARK MARINA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
