  MICHIGAN WATERS OF LAKE ERIE...

AT 427 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 32 NM WEST OF
LUNA PIER TO 9 NM SOUTH OF NORTH CAPE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
