At 243 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds up to 30 knots and small hail. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 24 nm west of Pinconning to 18 nm southwest of The Mouth Of The Saginaw River to 40 nm southwest of Quanicassee, moving northeast at 50 knots. strong thunderstorms will be near... The Mouth Of The Saginaw River and Pinconning around 300 PM EDT. Bay City Liberty Harbor around 305 PM EDT. Quanicassee around 310 PM EDT. Sebewaing and Gravelly Shoals around 325 PM EDT.
