  NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS FROM HARBOR BEACH TO PORT HURON MI...

AT 348 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM HARBOR BEACH TO 15 NM SOUTH OF
QUANICASSEE...MOVING EAST AT 30 KNOTS.

WIND GUSTS AROUND 30 KNOTS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STORMS WITH
SOME INCREASE OF INTENSITY POSSIBLE.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  WHITE ROCK AROUND 425 PM.
  PORT SANILAC AROUND 500 PM EDT.

OTHER LOCATIONS IMPACTED BY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS INCLUDE
RICHMONDVILLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...
AND COULD POSE A SERIOUS HAZARD FOR BOATERS. A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING
MAY EVENTUALLY BE REQUIRED WHEN THESE STORMS REACH THE NEARSHORE
WATERS. BOATERS SHOULD CONSIDER HEADING FOR SHORE BEFORE THESE STORMS
ARRIVE.
