AT 531 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 8 NM EAST OF PINCONNING...MOVING EAST AT 10 KNOTS.

ADDITIONAL THUNDESTORMS MAY ALSO TRACK SLOWLY ONTO OR DEVELOP OVER
SAGINAW BAY DURING THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...NUMEROUS LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS
