  NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS FROM HARBOR BEACH TO PORT SANILAC MI...

AT 349 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30
KNOTS FROM 5 NM NORTH OF QUANICASSEE TO 27 NM SOUTH OF THE MOUTH OF
THE SAGINAW RIVER...MOVING EAST AT 40 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
RICHMONDVILLE AROUND 515 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS STORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY WINDS UP TO 40
KNOTS...AND COULD POSE A SERIOUS HAZARD FOR BOATERS. A SPECIAL MARINE
WARNING MAY EVENTUALLY BE REQUIRED WHEN THIS STORM REACHES THE
NEARSHORE WATERS. BOATERS SHOULD CONSIDER HEADING FOR SHORE BEFORE
THE STORM ARRIVES.
