ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM ST CLAIR FLATS OLD CHANNEL LIGHT TO NEAR
ST. CLAIR SHORES...MOVING EAST AT 15 KNOTS.

LIMITED VISIBILITY IN HEAVY RAINFALL IS THE PRIMARY HAZARD WITH WIND
GUSTS AROUND 25 KNOTS ALSO POSSIBLE.
