NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS FROM HARBOR BEACH TO PORT SANILAC MI...

AT 350 PM EDT...A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
WATERSPOUTS...WAS LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 18 NM EAST OF
HARBOR BEACH TO 9 NM NORTHWEST OF PORT SANILAC...MOVING EAST AT 35
KNOTS.

HAZARD...WATERSPOUTS...WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 50 KNOTS AND LARGE
         HAIL.

SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED.

IMPACT...WATERSPOUTS CAN EASILY OVERTURN BOATS AND CREATE LOCALLY
         HAZARDOUS SEAS. BOATS COULD SUFFER SIGNIFICANT STRUCTURAL
         DAMAGE IN HIGH WINDS AND HAIL. SMALL CRAFT COULD CAPSIZE IN
         SUDDENLY HIGHER WAVES.

RICHMONDVILLE...PORT SANILAC AND WHITE ROCK.
