  INNER AND OUTER SAGINAW BAY...

 AT 552 PM EDT...A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
WATERSPOUTS...WAS LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 14 NM NORTHEAST
OF PORT AUSTIN TO NEAR GRAVELLY SHOALS...MOVING EAST AT 45 KNOTS.

HAZARD...WATERSPOUTS...WIND GUSTS TO NEARLY 50 KNOTS AND LARGE
         DESTRUCTIVE HAIL.

SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED.

IMPACT...WATERSPOUTS CAN EASILY OVERTURN BOATS AND CREATE LOCALLY
         HAZARDOUS SEAS. SMALL CRAFT COULD BE DAMAGED IN BRIEFLY
         HIGHER WINDS AND SUDDENLY HIGHER WAVES. LARGE HAIL COULD
         RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY AND SIGNIFICANT STRUCTURAL
         DAMAGE.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...

  CENTRAL LAKE HURON BUOY AROUND 615 PM EDT.
