CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS AND SMALL HAIL. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 7 NM WEST OF ST. CLAIR...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
40 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  ST. CLAIR AROUND 220 PM EDT.
  PORT HURON AROUND 230 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
