  NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS FROM PORT AUSTIN TO PORT HURON MI...

AT 1003 AM EDT...SATELLITE DATA SHOWED AN AREA OF DENSE
FOG...REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO BELOW 1 MILE. THE DENSE FOG WAS
OVER MUCH OF SOUTHERN LAKE HURON AND IS MOVING SOUTH TOWARD
PORT SANILAC AND PORT HURON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT RAPID FLUCTUATIONS IN VISIBILITIES. VISIBILITIES
MAY DROP TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES.
