AT 359 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 12 NM WEST OF
PORT SANILAC TO 17 NM NORTHWEST OF NEW BALTIMORE...MOVING EAST AT 25
KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  PORT SANILAC AROUND 430 PM EDT.
  ST. CLAIR AROUND 455 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
