DENSE FOG ADVISORY.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

 * VISIBILITY HAS IMPROVED TO 1 MILE OR GREATER AT MOST LOCATIONS
   ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. AREAS OF LIGHTER FOG WILL CONTINUE
   THROUGH SUNRISE BUT GRADUALLY LIFT FURTHER DURING THE MORNING.

 * WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG WAS IN PLACE EARLIER IN THE NIGHT ACROSS
   THE ADVISORY AREA WHICH REDUCED VISIBILITY TO ONE QUARTER MILE
   OR LESS.
